The intention of a Racial Healing Circle is to create a safe and sacred space to share our journeys of racial awareness and learn together how to open our hearts, explore what racial, cultural, & ethnic identity has meant to us, and continue to work toward individual and systemic change. The circles are grounded in empathic listening, reflection, and humanizing all people. Racial healing is an experience and a tool that can facilitate trust and build authentic relationships that bridge divides created by real and perceived differences.
