Beyond Workshop Series (BWS) Program and the Raul Julia Training Unit 2023
Join our Adult Training Program in 2023 | Deadline to Apply Jan 30th
R.Evolución Latina, in collaboration with Pregones PRTT, presents their interdisciplinary training and outreach program that challenges artists to further develop the technical skills, self-confidence and critical leadership skills required to unite our community.
The focus of this year’s workshop will be MOVEMENT, a powerful undercurrent to everything we do as artists from dance to music to acting. Elevating the development of actors through movement, how movement is part of the story we want to tell and in the same way how the movement connects with our voice and vibrates in our community and beyond.
Participants will explore storytelling through movement, including the movement of the voice utilizing such tools as Viewpoints, Suzuki, Contemporary Dance, Devised Theatre and more with our stellar network of professional dancers, choreographers, performers and teachers. We invite you to be part of this unique process of artistic and human development.
We seek artists that are dedicated to growing and giving back through their art. All disciplines, experience levels and ethnicities are encouraged to apply.
