Upon graduation from Brooklyn’s Sheepshead Bay High School began dancing with a Ballet company. She performed with the Radio City Music Hall Corps de Ballet, and was Dance Captain. She appeared on Broadway and other productions. From 1970-1980 she worked for Edison Theatre’s Norman Kean. In 1980, Maria Productions, Inc. embarked as a General Management office. She continues as Maria Productions Too, LLC. She managed numerous shows, special events and galas, including Executive Producer/General Manager for BLUE MAN GROUP at the Astor Place Theatre and Associate General Manager of CHICAGO THE MUSICAL.

As part of the origins of BROADWAY CARES/EQUITY FIGHTS AIDS, she continues actively on their Board She has proudly worked with Jacques d’Amboise and the entire National Dance Institute family since 1982. Most recently she has worked on CONCERT FOR AMERICA, with Sirius XM’s Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley, working to bring awareness to civil and human rights through support of the NAACP, Sierra Club, National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Southern Poverty Law Center and National Immigration Law Center. October 2017 she was the GM for VOICES FOR THE VOICELESS at The Town Hall, supporting YOU GOTTA BELIEVE, focusing on finding permanent families for young adults, teens, and pre-teen
