About Megan Sikora

Megan Sikora is a Certified Reiki Master, Somatic Healer, Yoga Instructor, and Breathwork Coach. With a background in dance and theatre, including over 20 years performing on and off Broadway, Megan brings a unique understanding of the connection between the body, mind, and creative spirit.

Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, movement, breath, body awareness, and energy healing. Megan is passionate about creating spaces where people can reset, regulate their nervous systems, and move through stress and anxiety with greater awareness and ease.
