This class is an invitation to release tension stored in the body through physical stretches and energy-clearing statements. Guided by Access ConsciousnessĀ® tools, and infused with elements of dance and yoga, the class supports participants in letting go of limiting points of view and energy blockages ā creating space for more ease, freedom, and joy in daily life.

With over 30 years of international experience in the performing arts, Gabriela blends her background in dance and theater with holistic practices, guiding others toward balance of mind, body, and spirit.
