2026 BWS+ Schedule
Beyond Workshop Series+ (BWS+) is an extension of R.Evolución Latina’s renowned Beyond Workshop Series (BWS), designed to provide year-round training for artists who are committed to growth, exploration, and excellence in their craft.
Through a dynamic curriculum of dance, acting, voice, and professional development, BWS+ offers ongoing classes that foster technique, artistry, and community. Led by industry professionals from Broadway and beyond, these sessions create a safe space for artists to push boundaries, refine their skills, and connect with like-minded creatives.
BWS+ is open to all performers eager to train, collaborate, and be inspired while reinforcing the core values of R.Evolución Latina: dare to go beyond, empower through the arts, and give back to the community. Whether you’re a BWS alum or a new artist looking to grow, BWS+ invites you to continue your journey of learning and artistic discovery.

Launch joyfully into 2026 by joining Theatre Dance with RL Team Director Matt Steffens! If you’ve studied with Matt before, you know his enthusiasm and talent are BEYOND.
His Broadway credits include Promises, Promises and Women On the Verge. His directing credits include Into the Woods, Cabaret, A Chorus Line and more. His Broadway Associate Choreographer credits are too numerous to list! Come soak up some community and sunshine with one of RL’s brightest lights.

Get ready for all of the upcoming auditions, sides, self-tapes and the BWS 2026! Join actress, director, and world-renowned Artistic Director of Pregones/PRTT, Rosalba Rolón, for a class that will take your acting to the next level while staying grounded within yourself. In addition to her many other accomplishments, Rosalba was the 2025 recipient of the extremely prestigious Dorothy and Lillian Gish Prize!

Vocal Salon with Alex Crosby

While you’re at it, why not loosen up those vocal cords as well? The incredible Alex Crosby has found a moment between her gigs playing for The Hello Girls out of town, and both Suffs and Six on Broadway, to come lead our first Vocal Salon of the year!
She’s passionate about facilitating welcoming spaces that encourage artists to have fun, try new things, and take creative risks without judgement, so she’s a perfect partner for RL’s mission. We love her and you will, too!
