The BWS is an interdisciplinary (acting, dance, music) workshop and outreach program with professional teaching artists from Broadway, Film and TV. The program will focus on the text of The TEMPEST from the works of Shakespeare while incorporating music and dance to share the comedy, drama, betrayal and magic of this story. Those selected to be part of the class of 2019 will have the opportunity to be part of a theatre piece developed by RL’s creative team and supported by the PRTT’s Raul Julia Training Unit to be performed at Pregones Theatre.
We seek artists that are dedicated to giving back through their art. All disciplines and ethnicities are encouraged to apply.
