Heather received her MFA in Theatre and Arts management at the University of Delaware. She is honored to be part of an organization that empowers children, adults, and all those in need of inspiration in their lives, with art. She makes her living as a stage manager and has worked at many Regional theatres across the U.S.A and was part of the stage management team of In the Heights on Broadway. Heather has also traveled abroad to Japan and Germany to work with directors such as Franco Dragone and Tadashi Suzuki. She has assisted Luis on many RL projects/productions and recently traveled to Peru to serve as the Creative Stage Manager for Candela “Fuerza y Pasió
